Easiest way to find the book: Go on my website. There are 2 portals (UK and NA) that take people directly to the book on amazon. www.startingtoframe.com
I noticed that only the paperback version was displayed on the .com site but if you use their search engine and type in starting to frame kindle you'll get the eversion.
If you have a kobo reader it can be ordered directly from them.
It's everywhere.
