I've been a bit confused about the perception of the No campaign being the negative one. The Yes campaign was full of rhetoric about the UK government is taking this, that and the other from us, starving our children, stealing our oil money etc. The No campaign was based in realism, not negativity. The Yes campaign was a mixture of cloud cuckoo land peronism and negativity towards the union and towards No backers. Alex Salmon saying the big businesses and banks were coerced into making statements about what would happen in the event of a Yes vote? Give me a break.
