I've seen this coming for a while, he just isn't a TP player. I've liked watching him more than any other player we have had in the PL era bar Odem/Gera but he will be 31 in a few weeks and doesn't fit into Pulis' system. Feel for him as he is genuinely one of our best players and will wish him well wherever he goes.

I'm calling it now, a £2m move to a Qatar/UAE club in the summer as that is where he was off to before we signed him. Best move for all parties really, we get extra money in the transfer kitty and he gets his move to a warm, relaxed league with a fat paycheck to play out his remaining few seasons.
