As you can see the swear filter is sorted, the smilies box next to the quick reply is being looked at, for now use the new reply button and they will appear and the limit on smilies has been raised to 101. As regards your signature please PM Mark directly with the problem you are having and see if he can help you.
What posting limits? Not aware of any, please enlighten me as to the problem here!
