He has been accepted by the South African authorities - the very same whom he recently settled with - as 'fit and proper' enough to be a company director in South Africa, and he has been okayed, by the Court of Session no less, to be on the board of a publicly listed company.
Are we really saying the SFA criteria for being on a football club board should be stricter than those?
Now SCO, consider that then wonder again why many of us think the football authorities up here are doing their level best to kick the living f*ck out of our club.
