Agreed. He's adding all the excitement of a bowl of cold thin porridge sprinkled with soggy stale cornflakes. Maybe they should use one of the Radio Local commentary feeds. it would probably delay the transmission even more (BBC Live reporting had the goal up before we saw the corner on TV) and HTTV isn't live to the second either) but either of the home or away common taters would add a bit of interest.
But would SKY agree to use BBC common taters (and vicy versy) or would they have to be those advert fueled guys? Do Town games (and others) even get advert fueled Radio Local common taters these days? I've no idea of the frequency or even frequencies any more.
