Division One results for Matchday 20: With just one matchday to go to the end of the regular 2024/25 season, St Charles Owl has reduced the gap at the top to only 12 points. He got this week's top score of 30, which was six points more than themaclad got. All to play for. Good luck to both of you.

I say that because jjamez and BaggieBob haven't done enough this week to get anywhere near. Jjamez scored 18 and Bob scored 16, which leaves them too far away from themaclad at the top. Jjamez is 29 behind and Bob 36.

At the other end, despite scoring 24 points this week, Lord Snooty is too far behind Bob to close the gap. It's down to just 21 now, but with only one matchday left, left it too late.

And the same can be said of Shep. Only 14 points this week and now 18 points adrift of Snooty. Still possible, but unlikely.

Division Two results for Matchday 20: With just one matchday to go in the 2024/25 regular season, there are only 4 points between neonfoxinthebox and theo_luddite in the battle for the automatic promotion spot. They both scored poorly this week with theo only getting 8 points and neon just ten. Both players strangely putting Wigan down to win on their jokers. Wigan?! Huh

So it's all to play for in the final matchday, with the winner going up and the runner up going on to (probably) play against Lord Snooty in the Play Offs.

As for the other four players in Division 2, it was Amelia continuing her good form and getting this week's top score with 20 points. Devongone and Wakey Terrier scored 12 each and ritchiebaby only eight.

If Amelia can carry on this upward trend, with the scores starting back at zero in January, she could mount a promotion charge. As could anybody of course. All to play for in the New Year. I say "all", it's just a Sportsbabble rep point, but it's the prestige, innit?
