I honestly thought we would be in with a shout of promotion this season. Now I can't see us even making the play offs. Admittedly we're difficult to beat, but sides are happy to play for a point against us. Unfortunately draws don't get you promoted. Carlos needs to stop thinking a draw is acceptable and do something about it. If we want to be mid table Carlos can achieve that. If we want promotion I no longer believe Carlos is the man to go and get it.
