Burnley have signed Brighton & Hove Albion forward Jeremy Sarmiento on a season-long loan deal.
The 22-year-old won promotion from the Championship during a loan spell with Ipswich Town last season.
Sarmiento spent time with Charlton and Benfica's academies before joining the Seagulls in 2021 and he has gone on to make 21 senior appearances for the club.
“I’m really excited, it was a big decision, as the next step was really important for me," he told Burnley's website., external
“I felt that the project Burnley are building at the moment suited me and I spoke with the manager, and I just wanted to be a part of it.
“Once we had the conversations, it was a no-brainer for me to come here and come and achieve the objectives we have set.”
