Yes, predominantly people of colour attend the festival.
Black people stabbing black people isn't as heavily reported because the transgressors are black.
It's statistically people of colour disproportionately committing the knife crime.

Just watched an uploaded video, After the festival as crowds walk home. A large group stands and watches as a group of black guys beat up a single white guy..
Nothing racist about that, just like the group of black guys laughing after they'd stabbed a white bloke with a pram.
