Lincoln City have signed defender Tom Hamer from League One rivals Burton Albion on a three-year deal.
The 24-year-old made 147 appearances for the Brewers after moving to the east Staffordshire side from Oldham in January 2021.
Hamer, who had a year remaining on his Burton deal and moves for an undisclosed fee, played 32 games last season as the Brewers avoided relegation to League Two on the final day of the season.
"Tom is a real warrior on the pitch, has an ‘old school’ defender’s mentality and a really useful long throw, which will give us another attacking threat," Lincoln boss Michael Skubala told the club website.
