The Dutch were definitely there for the taking.
They never looked bad but never looked convincing either.
France didn't, Portugal didn't and Germany only showed glimmers.
This is actually a tournament you'd expect England to make the finals.
Beating Spain, however, is going to be much different as they're the only team to look threatening throughout the tournament.
Playing higher up allowed the players to be more natural in their roles. It didn't look disjointed and it forced Koemen to switch things up, killing the pace of the game and playing more on the counter.
