Harrogate Town have signed defender Zico Asare from Maidenhead United for an undisclosed fee.
The 23-year-old joined National League side Maidenhead in 2022, since making 88 appearances for the club in all competitions.
He is Harrogate's second summer signing after winger Stephen Duke-McKenna.
"Zico is athletic, powerful and is hungry for an opportunity in the Football League - he has the profile we're looking for in a full-back and he'll add competition for places," Harrogate's head of player recruitment Lloyd Kerry told the club's website, external.
"He's explosive, can get away from his man and competes well so we're looking forward to seeing what he can do."
Harrogate have not disclosed the length of Asare's contract.
