Accrington Stanley have completed the signing of Morecambe defender Farrend Rawson on a two-year deal.
The 27-year-old spent two years with the Shrimps, where he captained the side after spells with Derby County, Forest Green Rovers and Mansfield Town.
Rawson spent the 2017-18 season on loan at Accrington and said he had "unfinished business" at the Wham Stadium.
"I'm really happy to be here, to come back, a little bit of unfinished business, it excited me," he told the Accrington website.
"The manager [John Doolan] and Ged [Brannan, assistant manager whom Rawson worked with at Morecambe] have been speaking to me quite a lot in the off-season, they've sold me the project and it sounds really interesting, something I can get behind, and I can't wait to get going."
Accrington finished 17th in League Two last season.
