Uganda have done it! A solid all-round bowling performance (including a phenomenal 2-4 from off-spinner Frank Nsubuga, the most economical figures ever in a World Cup innings) skittled PNG for 77, and despite being 26-5 just out of the powerplay and getting down to the tail by the end of the chase, the Cricket Cranes secured their first World Cup win by 3 wickets; Riazat Ali Shah again the star with the bat, though it was Kenneth Waiswa who kept his cool to paddle the winning boundary through fine leg.
