Lincoln City have completed the signing of forward Jack Moylan following the end of his contract with Republic of Ireland top-flight side Shelbourne.
The 22-year-old finished as joint top scorer in the League of Ireland with 15 goals last season.
His winter move to the League One side was initially agreed in September.
"The Irish league was brilliant for me, but I feel ready to take the next step," Moylan told Lincoln's website.
Moylan has been training with Michael Skubala's Lincoln City side since the end of the League of Ireland campaign in November.
Lincoln director of football Jez George has said the forward has the "attributes to adjust to the pace, physicality and demands" of England third tier competition.
"He is a talented young player, with an elite mentality, relentless work ethic and the ability to score goals," George said.
Lincoln are 11th in the table after 26 games, and will be looking to end a four-game losing run when they are next in action at Wycombe on 13 January.
