LAST MATCH
I thought we played ok, but defensive errors, a wonder strike and no one to put the ball in the net saw us lose 3-0. For the first 40 minutes we were the better team and had several opportunities but as usual could not find the target. The just before HT, we conceded a FK on the edge of the D and their forward smashed it into the top corner. It was quickly 2 due to a defensive howler, Valentin giving the ball away and Whittaker made it 2. Onto the 2nd half and we huffed and puffed but never really looked like scoring unlike Plymouth who got there 3rd midway through the half, Hardie with a composed finish.

Next up and Rotherham make the short journey to Hillsborough. The Millers are currently in 22nd place, but did win their last game against Coventry on Wednesday night. Rotherham don't score many goals (12) but that is 7 more than us, Jordan Hugill is there leading scorer with 3. They are managed Matt Taylor who had previously been in charge of Exeter, who he got promoted in the 21-22 season, before joining Rotherham in October last year. Although we obviously need 3 points, I'd be quite happy if we scored a goal, whatever that is
