Sadly, the perpetrator of this very brief incursion wasn't someone like Putin's jailed political opponent, Navalny, who really should never have returned to Russia after his life-saving medical treatment in Germany a few years ago after the Russian govt's attempt to murder/poison him. It looks like the only way to remove Putin is by some form of violent internal conflict following the indication he is not as all-powerful as assumed by many in Russia.
