The players simply aren't motivated by DM.
I can't recall one game where the players have come on to the field absolutely revved up to play.
The players actually look more nervous or disinterested.
There's also the enormous issue with the basics.
The inability to control the ball or even pass to each other.
Top that off with chance after chance going begging.
Ipswich and Plymouth always looked fired up and the players work hard for each other.
We go missing, leave gaps and make the same continual mistakes after huffing and puffing for 30 minutes.
I really do expect he'll set up the same on Thursday. Playing cautiously as if time isn't of the essence. You can't start a game 4-0 down and focus on defence.
That clearly didn't work last game anyway, nor did his team talk.
