A country with no written constitution Jim and it shows, has done for years. I call this constitutional disintegration - been accelerating since 2016, has exacerbated these probs: a divided governing party, jealous backstabbing Cabinets, a rapid turnover of PMs and CoEs, a general lack of inclusion and accountability in decision-making, governance diluted by interference of RW ideological think tanks. I could go on - the main point is it's an unconstitutional mess that nobody has the political courage to remedy with proper reform and sweeping measures to change it for the better good of the people.
