I've thought for years that the EPL should just close it's doors as the Wigan chairman tried to do years ago. I was "over the moon", to coin a football phrase, when the European Super League was announced. The everyday football supporter/follower in this country would have soon got tired of these closed shops and voted with their feet (and sky/bt subscription). At least we'd know where all the waste plastic is once the boredom has set in. My only proviso for these elite teams would be F'uck off and don't come back

Perhaps the EFL should make a stand and say no relegation from that monstrosity and watch the c'unts go bust when the sugar daddy's get bored
