He was very ambitious when he was at Plymouth. If he could have got a bigger job than Morecambe he would.
When Plymouth were in League 2 I'd have backed him to take them to the Championship, but when things started to go wrong for them he didn't seem to know how to get them back on track.
If I were a supporter of a Championship side I'd be hoping my team might pinch a Morecambe player on the cheap.
