Instead of Europe having a 6 nations rugby championship, with just Scotland, Wales, Italy England, Ireland and France.
I say we invite in Georgia, South Africa, Russia, Romania, the USA, and Canada, for an African, North American, European Championship each year.
Have two conferences of six teams each. The four teams that make up the champions, and runners up of each conference then play a a semi final and final play off system to decide the champions of the 12 nations trophy.
This would help rugby grow in Europe, and North America.
I think it would be fun.
Growing rugby in the USA would be cool for rugby.
The Japanese, Oceania, Australia, New Zealand, and South America could run another trophy.
