Midfielder Maurice Edu has left Stoke City to join Major League Soccer side Philadelphia Union on a permanent deal.
The United States international played 31 times on loan at Union during 2014, having previously had an 11-game stint with Turkish club Bursaspor.
Edu, 28, made just one nine-minute substitute appearance for the Potters - in a 0-0 draw with Liverpool at Anfield - after arriving from Rangers in 2012.
He scored nine goals in 96 games for the Ibrox club.
