And there we have it, the bits that break international law in the IMB are binned and Northern Ireland stays in the single market to all intents with a border down the Irish Sea.

Remember two things :  1) Boris whipped his MPs yesterday to ensure the IMB went through and has now removed the law breaking articles today.

                                  2) Boris resigned from mays goverment over the backstop and said 'over my dead body will there be any customs checks between NI and the rest of the UK"

So we can congratulate Brexit for achieving both our departure from the single market and the partition of our own internal market
