This guy has a long history of being a RW "big-mouthed" c### who I believe utters this kinda shit to deliberately irritate people. The English Broadcasting Corporation have consistently "rolled out" Baker for years on its political progs and the guy never fails to come over as a shameless prat with no regard for anyone except himself!! 
What surprises me is that he has never been randomly "decked" in the street for some of the outrageous RW statements that he utters. It shows us what a nice, tolerant country it is that we live in these days eh!
