I remember reading on here that the NHS would never be privatised because the plebs would never stand for it at the ballot box. The point being they won't ever xxxx know about it, it will happen when they aren't looking.

I have no problem with an outside company performing training for NHS staff, but the subject matter is somewhat worrying unless tis is something that has always been done anyway.
