I suspect this will be resolved pretty soon one way or another. Hertz can barely afford a bus fare up the toon never mind legal action and with Dundee's history they will not be wanting to send clubs into oblivion with their nonsense amendment. Sevco just want to stop Celtic being awarded the title but privately wanted it to pass so they can get the prize money (and the way they were playing 2nd place wasn't exactly cast iron either)

In the end it will go through in some form. Im pleased we did the right thing for Scottish fitba, unlike some.
