You are absolutely right, it is total spite v a devolved govt that has no association to the Tories own poisonous political ideology. Is it a breach of the Treaty of Union 1707???? I wish it was but in such a scenario we must have the majority of the Scottish people "on board" and backing a formal forced separation, something that sadly I can't see happening yet!! Farther to that, is the lawful signing off of the EU Withdrawal Bill a gross violation of the Treaty of Union 1707??? I think that is more of a distinct possibility if tested in a law court but again we must have a solid Scottish population behind a Scot govt that we have consistently backed in the past decade in the clear knowledge that the SNP has a mandate to acquire Scottish Independence preferably in a systematic civil process of separation!!
