Good point Ritchie - they have altered the agreed WA without the consulting the EU and its entirely possible barnier might go "Go xxxx yourself with a chlorinated chicken leg, we have had quite enough now.".... On the other hand the mood music in Europe is that they want this over now and they will likely agree. The sooner we go the more it helps the EU.
Boris is probably hoping they impede it - so he can move to his wet dream no deal brexit.
