They are already doing it and have been since 2012 when a formal right of choice to "go private" on the NHS was enacted (two tier provision) plus many services have been privatised - it has been gradually pervaded with stealth and Corbyn must focus and elaborate on the whole negative history of intrusion during this period plus the massive reduction in revenue provision in the past decade.
