I believe the Scottish Court of Session will be focused on Johnson's ensuing behaviour and comments, in formally extending article 50, as an attempt to "frustrate the will of Parliament" and will be deciding if this action was unlawful and against the judgement of the three Scottish Judges, one of whom did actually mention in his summary that this current British PM had no jurisdiction or power to "frustrate the will of parliament". I regard the signing of the letter of extension to be one of common courtesy TBF about it as it is something I and most other courteous and honourable people would do as a matter of accepted protocol anyway. However, an esteemed judge could duplicate and sign this letter if required anyway!!! I'd love to see him humiliated and charged as well as I have lost all patience with these fascist c#### who Labour's Emily Thornberry recently described as "grown up people acting like spoilt children" in an "off the cuff" remark that I agreed with at the time. In fact, what an advert to our children and future generations watching these snobby nosed, posh-spoken public school brats (most of them!!!) making a total mockery of British governance for years to come and very noticeable that EU officials are trying very hard not to "pass judgement" publicly on a childish PM like Johnson who was previously a total disaster of a British Foreign Secretary and deservedly mocked/ridiculed in Euro papers like Die Welt and Le Monde. How anybody can defend Johnson in his current fascist clothes is totally beyond me!!
