If the Benn Bill gets royal assent which it should do unless Johnson advises her to not sign it, then Boris Johnson will have to go to the EU and ask for an extension till January 31st 2020 but that depends on all 27 EU countries agreeing to an extension, as it stands France have said they will veto an extension which means we would fall out of the EU by default with no deal, unless the EU give us an extension for another referendum or revoke Article 50.
