So this is the latest phase in the Brexit fiasco "ad nauseum". I don't believe this bill will receive the necessary support from parliament and particularly from Corbyn and the Labour Party. The impasse will prevail!!

I still think "No deal" is a coming. The EU will only extend again if there's a GE or a 2nd referendum on the table and no way will the tories go for the latter, it would finish them. France and Spain are already against the UK staying in the EU on principle now, they have had enough and are worried about going down a "2 separate budgets" route.
The only way I can see another referendum happening is with a labour minority government and the SNP/lib dems making that their demand for a confidence/supply type situation. I suspect it's one of the many reasons why the government does not want an election....but might end up forced to.
