"Whenever you have a big slice of both the population and money residing in one region that will always be the case but I don't see it as only an anti-Scottish thing, it applies to other regions of the UK as well."

I call bullshit on your response, its being pedantic. Please how would I rephrase that sentence to include a word that does not offend you?? I am not referring to Scotland as anything, I am referring to the existence of other parts/regions/sections etc etc etc of the UK that suffer from the power and money residing in the SouthEast!! The word "other" tells you I am not referring to Scotland, but how would I label other parts of the UK??
