What a terribly sad story. I feel your pain. Makes us even more grateful at Huddersfield that we have Dean Hoyle in charge of our club, a life long supporter who would never allow anything like this happen to us. A decade before him of course, we had Barry Rubery in charge. He was a two bit millionaire who made his money from making set top boxes for televisions. He hired Steve Bruce as manager with a £10m player budget. When that had been spent and it didn't take Bruce log to spend it, there was no more and he eventually pulled the plug, leading to us going into administration.
It took us years to recover, but recover we have. Let our rise from the pit of misery be of some kind of hope for you at Chesterfield. You just need a life long supporter who happens to be a self made multi millionaire to come along and t' job's a good un.
