I'm not saying its not them and I would make the same assumption considering their atrocious record, its just not confirmed yet. You are right, other clubs who have had a history of problems, particularly the bigger clubs have worked hard to eradicate this scourge as much as they can, Rangers need to be seen to do more both as a fan base and a club.
