I hated Liverpool at the top because they were so good- Case, Houghton, Souness, Kennedy were silk and steel, Hansen and Lawrenson now there is a partnership for the ages, Dalglish and Rush just go on YouTube if you weren't old enough, Houghton`Johnstone were the most annoying niggly players ever, Say all you want about Gerrard but you`ll never have players who can pass like Souness, Whelan and Molby they were far better

So when you fell and we stepped up

I laughed at your lop sided team under the returning Daglish and big spending bit little committed team under Souness

Never impressed with you under Rafa even though he brought home the EC

Thought Sturridge/Suarez under Rodgers the best i`d sen since Beardsley/Aldridge but rest of the team not quite as sharp

Houliier started well with his four CB`s at the back and wingless wonders then lost it

Hopes under Roy Evans looked good then become Spice boys

Now Liverpool have a side that can win tonight and maybe kick on, very impressive football (currently quite envious), players who can change games, strength in depth, young players, if Danny Ings can be your David Fairclough then maybe just maybe

Certainly believe you can win tonight and I`ll be watching and hoping
