They might settle for 3rd or 4rth this season but they will want the title next year,no matter how deluded that ambition. Mcinnes has no chance of meeting their expectations. Certainly not with the problems they have off the field and the personnel in the boardroom.
Stuart Milne is in a quandary if mcinnes wants to go, he can't be made to look a xxxx over this to the fans especially with rangers, he will have to show the dons fans that they are getting a) good money and b) a decent calibre of replacement in the door.
It won't bother rangers if they can't meet the compensation,they will just use the same tactic they did with scott allan and us and try and cause as much hassle as they can for aberdeen.
