I agree with Snoots last point. Would have solved a lot of controversy, if this idea was akin to say Brighton's who not just copied our ground but made it better, they have their walkway outside their stadium. People like Mark Lawrenson are there who was only their for two seasons and even players like Leon Knight who I adored as a kid watching but town and probably brighton legend, he ain't. Playing devils advocate, if a lot of people are upset with this selection, why didn't more people of the older generation vote? I voted for all three of the supposed nonsense players and I even put in Kevin Gray, a very left-field selection but was one of my town legends 100 per cent. But I am only 20. I'm from a different era. Sure, my Dad has told me about all the greats, jimmy nic, kindon, worthington, duncan shearer et al and I put them in knowing that they were legends, but even my Dad didn't watch Vic Metcalfe, Jimmy Glazzard, Billy Smith and all the other immortals. How many do we put in of those for those who quite rightly helped us achieve success in my lifetime? Denis Law only played for us a couple seasons and scored buckets and went onto greatness, who's to say Jordan Rhodes couldn't end up doing that in the future and then for us to say 'ah we had Jordan Rhodes before he went onto play for Arsenal' or someone like that. It's always going to be a touchy subject but I believe we got the majority of these right. You're never going to please all fans. It's just impossible
