Oh but they can and they will argue it!!!  His fan base conveniently haven't been anywhere near this latest topic and to be fair most of those who voted for him are not right wing zealots like those in Virginia this past weekend. Trump has this time been roundly criticized by both sides of the aisle and by the business community as well, to the point where he has shut down some of his think tank committees to stop any other business leaders quitting!!

His fan base firmly believe he will make America great again but they also think this will be done through the economical and taxation policies, and that may still be correct. I don't think any of them envisaged the way the whole administration has got bogged down in so many other areas that in the unlikely event he might do any good things with the economy they will either not get done or just get lost in all the other shite going on.

If the american's want to back trump and his quasi fascist policies then they are even stupider than I thought. Ultimately it will be them that suffer the brunt of his actions,just as it was his kind that caused their dissatisfaction in the first place.

America doesn't need to be "great" again. That the biggest lie that orange faced, snake oil salesman is selling, America IS great. Its him that's making it not great,by believing or at least endorsing the idea that anti-fascism or anti-racism is another side of the coin from fascism and racism. It's a stunning new low for the US and modern democracy
