His fan base conveniently haven't been anywhere near this latest topic and to be fair most of those who voted for him are not right wing zealots like those in Virginia this past weekend. Trump has this time been roundly criticized by both sides of the aisle and by the business community as well, to the point where he has shut down some of his think tank committees to stop any other business leaders quitting!!

His fan base firmly believe he will make America great again but they also think this will be done through the economical and taxation policies, and that may still be correct. I don't think any of them envisaged the way the whole administration has got bogged down in so many other areas that in the unlikely event he might do any good things with the economy they will either not get done or just get lost in all the other shite going on.
