Yep! I'd argue that there will still be pitfalls in the development of their youth players but they have an element of 'fine tuning' at their disposal where they can 'change things' and review the improvement as it evolves. If the change doesn't work then their coaches change it again because their development system provides them with the resources and players who have been nurtured to progress to the next level. Also the Dutch KVB footie development system is another well established tried and tested system that has produced results down the decades and indeed should've played a part in The Netherlands winning at least one World Cup.
