I use a third-party site (this one does the job: http://www.imageupload.co.uk/), upload them onto there from my computer and then copy and paste the code that the upload site gives you into your post on here (use the drop-down menu on that site to select "BB Forum Code - original" once the pic's uploaded; that ensures that the picture will be the right size, etc).
