The whole lead up to this attack was absolutely ludicrous and so pro Tory in it's content - not worth watching by any vigilant Scottish voter and dwelling on devolved issues where the Tories and other unionist allies have no accountability while the SNP/Nicola are subjected to attacks/criticisms on issues that are not relevant to a UK general election!!! Back to this 'offended nurse' - for starters and based on her salary that she quoted, she is not a nurse but a Hospital Assistant! The way it was set up reeks of suspicion that this woman was some kinda 'plant' who is clearly not an SNP supporter and it appears that her personal background, which some press sources have 'dug up', reveals a contrary picture of a less desolate woman than she portrayed in this debate!!! This is 'shades of 2014' all over again but a huge positive factor was the assured way that Nicola dealt with a contrived attack that I'm sure the SNP and it's senior members will be well primed to deal with when these instances arise. I'd love to know how many unionist allies there are on the bbc - I'd put money on Nick Eardsley being one with presenters like Sarah Smith not far behind either and I'm damn sure there will be others infecting their organisation, particularly down south, when it comes to influencing and broadcasting this kinda partial shit!!
Political plants are nothing new. The right wingers know how to use them thats for sure. Just watch question time !
Its all academic now though, after the tragic events in manchester campaigning will be off the menu and 'strong and stable',troops on the street and union jacks will be back to the fore. The tories will win by at least 10 points i reckon, and all at the point where may was beginning to look really vulnerable and labour were starting to make in-roads.
