The UK govt still 'play a big hand' in influencing the Scottish economy - fact and bring on Scottish independence asap and we'll see how well we can fully manage our economy!!!!! And what is so wrong in upping taxes to benefit areas of our macro economy and society, environment etc that could indeed improve them greatly!!???
