I cannot see this as being acceptable in most western countries in the current climate!! Its a bit like someone coming to the US so that I can attend a rally for a UK General Election, it just feels wrong in normal times, but especially wrong in modern day Europe!! I am sure if anyone who lives abroad wants to find out what this referendum is about and how they can vote, then the internet will be full of official and unofficial stuff for them to read.
