The key there is the CL money because that is the major financial difference between the champions of Scotland and the rest. As you say if Celtic use the 30m windfall from this campaign alone then that can sustain them easily at a level above all the others for at least 3 years, in which time I am sure they would expect to get another shot at the Group stages and another 30m. Its self perpetuating for them if they work it right, unless a very rich benefactor with open and deep pockets decides to take a punt on one of the other big teams, then we may see some changes. But that is currently very unlikely with the paltry tv deal and ROI that Scottish football presents currently.
