My granddad used to like pigs trotters. Also chitterlin bag and tripe and onions. That went along with the bread and dripping.

So did I when I was a nipper   except the tripe   I dip my bread in olive oil and stuff nowadays   how times change  

I do think it's chickling and bag though PEI. Could be wrong   but not often  

I like whelks n'all. Anyone remember the fish bloke who used to come round the pubs on a Friday and Satdi  

My mumtells me about the wheels and shit. Soaked and vinegar apparently. I don't like them (or cockles and mussels for that matter). Too rubbery

My uncle has Pig hock and peas. That's basically trotter stew
