Well he has managed most of the "outside of Manchester and Liverpool" Lancashire teams so might as well give it a shot at failing at Blackburn as well!!!

He will need to spend more time shouting that at the owners probably, the players will care more than them anyway!!

May need to shout loud as the absentee owners rarely if ever visit these shores these days
